unauthorized pay after delivery

I have not asked for Pay After Delivery - it says it is suspended, but buyers keep doing this holding payment until after delivery and how do I stop this when it says in my profile it is suspended.

PAD is for buyer,if you are the seller and Ebay/Paypal withhold your payment,it has nothing to do with PAD.

They will release the payment after item is delivered ,up to 21 days.

I AM the buyer.... my Pay after Delivery is NOT activated but sellers keep doing this to me.. which messes up my checking accounting.  How do I STOP the seller from doing this.

Is it selected as your preferred payment method still in your wallet?

Did you accidentally select PAD during checkout?

You can't stop the PAD being offered, just do not select it to pay with and double check your payment method carefully in the "review your payment" step before you submit your order.

This joint is going bonkers. There's a ton of folks who want to use PAD but can't and when you do not want to use it, you can't stop it.  lol

This is my problem as well, my papypal 'wallet' says PaD is paused, even though on the PaD 'more info' it says "activate now", Note* I have never clicked the Activate button.

Yet every purchase I make says "pay after delivery option selected"   even though I scrutinized the page at checkout for ANYthing related to PaD. And yes it's messing with my checking account.

For hilarity, It still pays the darn thing before you recieve it,, so what would be the point in Activating it anyway?
