Hello! I recently set up an online store and I bought a test item through my parents' account to see how things went.
Naturally PayPal told me it would hold the money unless I inputted valid tracking info. So I used the info from one of my previous orders (I'm selling art prints so I input the order info into the print company and they deliver it to the customer and also provide USPS tracking numbers for each order) that had already been delivered, but PayPal still says they're holding the money until Feb. 14th.
