They said they refunded and gave me a transaction ID but I see nothing when I log in.

Does this take time? I mean I know money that is refunded can be put on hold or anything. The thing is...

I do see nothing in my paypal account. Can this take time or something? 

Please let me know! Also can I do anything with the transaction ID?
