The sender of this payment is Unregistered but address is Confirmed

Hi i have a buyer that paid with paypal , and with about 35 positive feedback. Buyers address is Confirmed. but next to buyers name is (The sender of this payment is Unregistered)...i have been checking online but i would like a direct answer on this. I called paypal got disconnected (recording said due to tech difficulties.......)...therefore please any answer is helpful.

Is it true that it is ok to send out the item?

or should i refund due to buyer not being Verified (but address is confirmed) ...

Look at your PayPal transaction detail page.  There will be instructions what to do.

yes i did the Confirmed address is OK to ship to but maybe Im asking ...is it ok to be Unregistered and have a confirmed address? I have only delt with Verified names and addresses in the past.

If it states at the top of the page "OK to ship" then all is well.

Buyers can pay with a credit card; there is no need for a buyer to be registered with PayPal to make a purchase.  PayPal takes care of the credit card for the buyer.

As long as PayPal indicates it's OK to ship you have your regular PayPal seller protection.  It may be a good time to review what your are selling and how you are shipping.  Click on the "legal agreements" on the bottom of the page for more information.
