This is my first time at Paypal community, so easy on me.
I just sold an expensive computer item (close to 1k), and have a concern on the buyer payment is unverified. However, buyer address is confirmed, and also seller protection is eligible.
My question is should I send the item to the buyer, or should I wait until the buyer confirmed his payment before I send it out?
