I manage a small non-profit organization. For over a year i have been trying to set it up so we can connect with eBAY and have a giving account. For over a year I've been asking PayPal why it tells me that it has all of the information and I'll hear in 3 days. It's 'ground hog day' every time! how do i break the cycle?

I put all my information from my bank because you asked to renew now I can not pay something is wrong.
