I received a refund from Apple App Store after I tried to buy an app but, of course, apple is having issues and wouldn’t let me buy it. I used my paypal account to buy it, and on paypal is shows I got the refund, but it isn’t moving back into my credit card. There is no money in my wallet in paypal either, so it isn’t there. How long does it take for it to go back into my credit card or how do I get it back there?

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.
Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).

Hopefully sooner than that, my last refund hit my card statement in 4 days.
