Refunds - where is it on the menu?

As a new merchant with PayPal, I cannot find where to issue a refund to a purchaser on the website.  Under which heading and subheading is it? Please help this newbie out. Thanks.

Thank you very much.  I finally found "issue refund" at the bottom of the activity page for that person's activity.
