I made a purchase with my credit card that is not linked to my PayPal account and am suppose to be getting a refund for part of the purchase. The company said I was refunded through PayPal but I can’t find anywhere where it says it was initiated or anything about a refund and when I email PayPal they send me a generic message. I’ve read it could take 30 days to get money back on credit cards but I’m wondering if the credit card has to be linked to your PayPal account.
