Refund but didnt get money back

Basically, i sent my friend $25 dollars to buy a game on steam, but he said he didnt need it, so i pressed cancel and it says i got refunded but the money is not on my card. This was also my first time on paypal. Please respond asap.

I had the same problem, paypal said $600.4 is refunded to my account but there is no evidence in my credit card account.

My credit card has been refunded from other sources, it never took this long.
