My girlfriend bought me a pair of pants overseas that were damaged and wrong size.Paypal said to return and get a refund.The United States postal service doesnt do tracking overseas.Paypal refused our claim on the grounds it couldnt be tracked.We have reciepts and everything from post office.Now we are out of our money and product.What recourse do people have if PayPal wont help.NOW WE are OUT of our MONEY !
USPS packages going overseas do not always have tracking,so you have no p roof it has been delivered to the seller,just showing you have shipped is not good enough,you should read Paypal buyer protection policy.
if you have used your credit card ,file a chargeback,but mind you ,it would be a chargeback against Paypal,too many chargebacks,Paypal can close your account.
if you win ,PAYPAL will pay $20 chargeback fee and refund you in full,and turn around and collect from this seller.
