i just bought a game online. $9.99 i refunded it coz of region restriction of the game.. they sent me an email successfully and check my acitivty history and sucessfully refunded $9.99.. however the amount didnt show in my virtual credit card.. and my $9.99 is completely gone.. please help
Check with your virtual card issuer to see what their policy on how long it takes for refunds. In general, refunds to cards take up to 30 days to post by the card issuer.
