Does anyone know if it is possible to change the date that a recurring payment is made? I would like to make it earlier in the month, but I'm not sure if I can. I tried to contact the organization the money goes to, and I never received a response.
Log in to your PayPal account. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out." Click Payments. Under the "Pre-approved payments" section, click Manage pre-approved payments. Click the name of the merchant for the agreement you want to change.

I do not see a way to change date so you will need to cancel the agreement and make a new agreement by signing up again on the date you want.
