Receiving payment for personal transaction

What info do i need to give a person paying me forca personal item through aypal. Ive only dealt with paypal through ebay.

The email address you use with paypal identifies your paypal account and is all someone needs to pay you.

Or you can send them an invoice or money request to their paypal account.

BUT BE CAREFUL OF SCAMMERS.

They tend to try and persuade you to do off ebay transaction and then send you ''spoof'' paypal email messages.

Also if you are doing off ebay transactions then you risk your ebay and paypal accounts.
