A few days ago, a gal sitting right in front of me sent money to my phone. I got a link in a text, I tapped it, I logged in to PayPal to claim my money, it told me I had claimed it, but when I tapped "transfer to bank" it said I didn't have a balance. It says nothing about this payment pending, my account activity doesn't show this payment at all, it's been a few days and I still have no balance, no nothing. I haven't bought anything with PayPal recently, so I don't think it would have been applied to that. I can't for the life of me find out how to contact PayPal about it. What do I do, just bend over and grab my ankles?
