Permanently limited and this cannot be appealed

Hello Coomutnity and Support,

My Paypal is "permanently limited and this cannot be appealed" today. Paypal refereed a transition ID which I got for selling expired web2.0. I am sure it is not violating any term of Paypal. I am doing nothing else which can cause an issue.

What are expired web2.0 and case-> These are something like domains used in marketing. There is nothing to hide and the buyer is my regular customer so Paypal can confirm from buyer's end too. I can show the proof of delivery (I deliver him through facebook and there is whole chat with him)

More then that, my most of my other payments are from Fiverr which alredy apply a strict policy so no chance of anything wrong.

How to proceed as it clearly say that I CAN'T Appeal?

I am from India.

Mods, Please trasfer the post in right section If I posted it in wrong section.

Thansk for your time.

Update:

I requested to the buyer to email to Paypal about the transition and delivery. He is Polish, and he did what he can.

I explained the whole case on facebook page chat and trying to get someone to look into my matter.

I am a freelancer and get payments from "Fiverr" freelancing platform or manual payments from someone who comes to me by FB groups etc.

I never had a single chargeback. There was one a few months back which buyer himself sorted in my favor.

Please look into this.

What reason did PayPal provide for limiting your account?

Hi Buddy,

Paypal provided a transtion ID and said that it is voileting terms.

I know that buyer and he is permanent buyer to me (On my request, He emailed to Paypal from his end and explained the case too). I am providing him a pure legit service. If this transiction is fraud then whole industry is doing the same.

I want someone to look into this manually.

Idk what the prodecure, Hope someone from Paypal will pick the data from here to resolve it.

Thanks

So, click on the Legal at the bottom of the page and then PayPal User Agreement.  It will explain restricted activities and other information about violating policies.

Nope buddy,

I am not involved with anything like that.

I provided my service and then sent my email for $30. My service wont break any terms.

I urge someone to please lookinto this.

Thanks
