Sold an item in December on Ebay and shipped via their global shipping program. The buyer specified the wrong address and claims to have never received their item. A Paypal case was opened and then closed immediately in their favor, however I still do not have my item back.
Do I have any method of recourse with Paypal or can they effectively steal from me like this?
I've been selling on Ebay for over 15 years and have used Paypal for as long as it's been around and this is the first issue I have had.
