Paypal now asking me for credit card even though I have enough balance.

This is really **bleep** me off, I don't want to add a credit card, and I have enough balance, but now when I try to purchase anything it asks me to add a credit card. I need some help please. This has been happening to me for a while.

PayPal requests that for verification purposes, not that you have to use it when you pay.

Due to such things as the US Patriot Act, KYC and AML policies, PayPal will eventually ask that you add bank and/or card to verify your account.
