Ever since yesterday I've been trying to make a purchase, but paypal KEEPS saying it won't confirm my order and tells me to return to merchant and pay another way. Well, I can't pay another way, and it's very important I make this purchase otherwise I'll be without grocery items this month. I made a small purchase from the same store a few days ago with paypal and didn't have this problem, so why stop me from purchasing now? Paypal has even sent me texts asking me to confirm it's me and I've confirmed it to them multiple times, yet still they won't let me make a purchase. I've verified my phone number, so that shouldn't be an issue. I'm quite despondent, to say the least. Please tell me this is just a glitch that will go away soon because I really need to be able to make this purchase. Anyone else having this issue as of late? How does it get fixed. It just doesn't make sense to me because the money IS there, so why can't I purchase with it suddenly?
