Okay so I am in the Air Force and I’m currently deployed so my phone number that was saved on my account is deactivated while I’m overseas. So when I try to claim my money it wants to send my phone a txt but that number is deactivated. So I updated my account with a number that I can access over here and made it my primary number. Now when I try to transfer the money the phone part pops up but there’s no number to select anymore. It just says add number. So I add the number and it says that that number is not connected to my account. I just want to get my money and I can’t because of this ignorant security feature which for some reason everyone keeps telling me you can’t bypass. I am EXTREMELY displeased with pay pal. There should be another way.. send me an email... ask me for my social... ask me for my card info... something.
