I payed $30 for a product via paypal on April 2nd and it charged to my bank account and went through on the 4th. Then on the 10th, i recieved a "PAYPAL RETRY PYMT" charge for no reason. this even put my account into overdraft and so my bank charged me a fee. Why did this happen and how can this be fixed

What are the related transactions on your bank account?

What was your bank account balance before you made the purchase?

Depending on where the charge appears, contact your bank or PayPal to get a reprieve on the charge since you had funds in your bank account to cover the $30 payment to begin with.

Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

no, thats not what happened. the payment was supposed to be 20$. but apparently i only had 11$ at the time & the charge shouldnt have gone through, i even received an email saying that it did not go through and Paypal would attempt the charge again in 3 days. So why charge me 30$? i didnt even try to pay that much!
