How if i want to sell UA shoes and on the invoice theres no "Authentic" or etc. just the shoe name.
Can the buyer Open FakeShoes case and any possibility that i will lose?
Does paypal allow fakes as long as no authentic in description on invoice?

I suggest you re-read what i said as if you are going to be selling fakes then you may not have your paypal account for much longer as you risk it being limited.

Up to you if you sell, i am just warning you what may happen.
Might be a good idea to read up on it in the legal agreements bottom of paypal pages.

if it is fake, buyer will report you, file dispute ,makes no difference what you write on the invoice, you can say made by God and makes no difference.
Buyer can be subjective,if they think it is fake, they will file dispute.
They are not always right, but it will hurt your chance of selling on some venues and Paypal may restrict your account

Of course, if by using the brand name leads the buyer to believe it's UA shoes only to find out it isn't upon delivery, they will file dispute. Then I heard of cases where buyers may claim an authentic item as fake and do a switcheroo on the return to rip off seller. I say, leave the brand name merchandise to the authorized resellers or become an authorized reseller of a brand properly first.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
