Paypal Guest payment not working

Hello,

I sent a request to a customer for a payment who doesnt have a paypal. Usually when this happens, they pay via the Guest link. When trying to submit the payment, they keep getting Just a moment.

Hi, I am having the same problem.  I have been doing this for several weeks now, all of a sudden it can't process the transaction.  

What should I do now?  Is paypal having a problem?

I get the same issue. It's rather important PAYPAL to fix this.

Here we are now, a day later. Still broken. I need a transaction to go thru. Come on already Paypal and fix "pay as guest" to actually work....

Same problem.  2 different customers can't make payment.  Both tried multiple browsers but no luck

The only way I got it to work is by sending an invoice.  Otherwise guests can't pay from just a request

This feature has been working, this is the first time my family was not able to pay as a guest.  I really don't want to send an invoice to my family.

Same problem here. Spent 15 minutes convincing the first tier that I work in IT and tried multiple devices and locations and that no it wasnt my fault. Spent anoteher 15 with his supervisor who suggested the client open a paypal account or use another card. Defeats the purpose of offering pay as guest. Has been working for 2+ years several dozen times. The only change ive noted is the website layout has changed. Theres a fancy new animation logo and requires flash to run. Who is still deploying new flash sites in 2017 other than paypal? I asked that the technical team reach out to help with issue. Request was refused. Suggested I tray another payment service.
