I sent a money request and the recipient tells me the app gets stuck on verifying. It just cylces again and a gain showing the paypal logo a 'verifying' once you enter the credit card. I sent myself a test request to another account and after I enter a credit card I get the same issue. Can anyone help? I really need to get the original recipient to be able to pay me.
