I am having someone request money for an item i am buying, it used to say "No payments, No Interest for 6 months on 99$ to 499$ on the paypal payment screen, The screen now only says " Get 6 month special financing on purchases of 99$+" when i click see terms it doesnt specifiy if there will be no payments or interest like it used to... Is there somewhere to confirm that if i sign back up for this it wont expect payments/interest for those 6 months?

Hi  Forcer ,

Thank you for reaching out on  the PayPal Community Help Forum.

The promotional offers change frequently for PayPal Credit.  Please visit https://shopping.paypal.com/index?&conversationId=2564757 for the most recent offers.

If you are using send Money to pay for the item, it will not be eligible for Promotional Financing.

Thank you,
Nicole

I recently added PayPal Financing as a part of my business. Where can I find a PayPal financing image to copy/paste to use in my marketing materials?

I would like to know the answer as well,

I applied for the pp credit two months ago because there was an option to purchase and pay bill off in 6 months. I'm a full time student in a Paramedic academy. The reason why I did this pp credit option was because it would give me 6 months to pay my bill. 2 days ago I received a bill statement saying that I have to pay my total amount by July 23rd. I thought I had six months to pay it back. What is the meaning of this? Is this a mistake? I am stressing and trying to figure out how I'm going to handle this situation. I'm posting this in hopes that someone can help or clarify for me. Thank you Sincerely, Brandon

Not all purchases qualify for for the 6-months' promotion.  If the promotional option wasn't selected at time of checkout then it goes to PayPal Credit the same as a credit card--no interested if paid by the first due date.

PayPal also evaluates your finances and the promotion may not have been offered.

tt's best to start with small purchaes with PayPal Credit until you build a good payment history, unless you already have an excellent credit rating and show that you have sufficient financial secrity to make the payments.
