Paypal Balance is not in Funding Source

Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to send money to my friend and also to a company and Paypal is only listing my visa debit card as the only funding source to pay for this.

I have 17 EUR in my Paypal balance and it's not showing it at all.

this is when i choose "Change funding sorces"

Do you realize that I'm telling you I am sending money to a friend and to a company? I know the both in personal

I've called PayPal customer support two times, the first because no one was able to send me money and the second because I couldn't withdraw and they admitted in the phone it was a problem in the system and then they fixed it.

I also tried to buy premium subscription from uptobox and only my visa was there as the paying method.

So, I am pretty sure it's the situation now

this is due to country restrictions you are in.

the country you have chosen when you made your PayPal account.
