I paid money into my wife's paypal account. How long does it take before the money becomes available in her bank account?

Whenever Paypal chooses to release your funds, it seems paypal is now holding funds for their own beneft siting your safety and security.........it amounts to floating money "YOUR" money for no reason

I sent her a payment from my PayPal account. Her account is linked to her HSBC debit card, savings account.

She received the payment to her PayPal account, but when will it be available in her savings account is the question.

Once it's available in her PayPal account she can then direct it to wherever PayPal permits.
