Bancontact - Add Funds

Hey there

 

I'll start off with saying that I'm not an expert at this whole thing and I have very little knowledge about PayPal. I live in Belgium and I found the feature on PayPal to add funds "instantly" via Bancontact. I wanted to try this out, so I chose the minimum of €25. The €25 got removed from my bank account but has not been added to my Paypal funds. I have no idea what to do at this point, any help is welcome.

Added information: I seem to have a limited PayPal account. It requires me to 'Confirm my credit card' but whenever I try to add my card to the information it gives me an error 'Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later.' and I've tried doing this multiple times at different times as well...

Now it could be that you've tried too many times as if your are trying to get around some security controls.  If that is the case you need to make a phone call to PayPal support.

It could also be your card; we have no idea about your card or your bank.

Okay, to sum it up. The best solution is always to call the PayPal services, they helped me out big time and were also very friendly. They helped me remove the limitation on my account which caused me not to receive my added funds. After disabling it, I still did not receive my funds so now they're tracing where the money went and it should be added to my account within 7-10 days. Hope it all goes well, I really do.
