Payment is visible in my activity but not in my wallet?

Recieved two payments and i have them both showing on the activity log part but not in mywallet, i have added currencies and the money still isnt in my wallet. i am unsure as to what to do?

Have you bought anything and paid for it via paypal since the payments should have gone in??

The reason i ask is that if you have funds in your paypal balance and then buy something then paypal will always take from those funds (as that is now the default funding source), rather than from your normal funding source eg bank account or card.

To check go and click on the word "details" next to any recent paypal buying transaction and see if they were funded from your paypal balance ie buyers payments rather than your normal funding source.

No i havent, it was about an hour ago that i recieved the email saying i had the money and it was also in my activity log then but not my wallet. could it be from "negative funds"? one time i had like -£4 in my wallet so then when i next recieved money it took £4 of that to cancel out the -£4? im unsure as to what i have bought though as i have always had enough money jn my wallet on paypal. it says in my activity that i "refunded" money to "bank account" but i dont remember doing so? nor do i have that amount in my bank to prove it?
