I logged into PayPal today to notice that my case was closed. Six days ago, the system promised me my refund within 7 days. However, it is closed now and once again PayPal changed their decision.
When PayPal was requiring information from the seller, I don't think the seller provided any information which leads me to believe that PayPal should've closed the case with my full refund. What is happening?
