Did you receive real-time notification when you are declined? Do the notifications give you a reason why your transactions were declined?

Well, PPC may not be available as funding source for every purchase. PayPal reserves the right to restrict use depending on the circumstances of each purchase. If PPC is not an option for the particular transaction(s) then you won't be able to pay with PPC for them.
There was one case I read on the net where the PPC option was available during checkout and buyer submitted payment, then when the merchant processed their transaction, the system ended up not approving the PPC payment and used the buyer's back up method. PPC seems to act the same way as Pay After Delivery. It just comes and goes according to security/risk management models which can't be overrided.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂

When you have a debt PayPal will sell it to a credit collector; they are persistent. I believe bad debt accounts do get reported to credit agencies.

PAYPAL CREDIT SUCKS INDEED!!! I was granted a $4500.00 credit line and can't use it for anything. When I call Paypal Credit, they say it is because it's a new account and the system has to get to know you. I have never heard of such **bleep** in my life. Why give someone credit if you won't allow them to use it?! How long do I have to wait?! I may just close my account! **bleep** OFF CONSUMER!!!!!

I have found out, they tell you what ever they need to tell you to get you off the phone. They don't care if it's the truth or not, it's just whatever sounds good. I am in the same boat, I have $2500 just sitting there, not able to use any of it. Even made a purchase on ebay and had to call the seller to have the order cancelled because you had to purchase before the payment was sent and then PPC wouldn't send the payment through credit account. Horrible service. I did buy something for $1.59 and it wanted to offer me the option to use credit, SERIOUSLY?? I should have accepted it and paid 50 cents a month. Why give the option if it can't be used? Why not get your reps to tell the truth?
