PayPal Credit

Having issues with PayPal credit. It says my available balance is 800, but it won't let pay on Ebay with PayPal Financing -- I spoke to the seller and they accept it.

they dont want to extend credit to you for this purchase.

it is not the seller,it is you and Paypal.

Paypal credit is no like bank line of credit

It also says to check your payment details including billing address.  Make sure the Billing address at eBay, PayPal and PayPal Credit is the same.
