I want to delete my PayPal account, but when I follow the posted steps I have no "Delete Account" option on my Settings page. How can I permanently close my account?
You pick the close account option; there is no delete account option.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
