Okay so I don't know what happened but out of nowhere my balance went from 0.21 to -44.79. I haven't purchased anything or haven't had any recent transactions and I just got sent a letter in the mail saying that the money is owed immediately to a collection agency. Why am I responsible for a charge that I did not make ?
