Negative Balance and I can't pay it

I've attempted on contacting PayPal multiple times but only got a automated response that didn't help at all, I'm only 15 and can't pay the negative balance on my account as that I don't have a job. What am I supposed to do considering they are already sent my account to outside collecting agency's . yet I'm 15 years of age

So why break Paypal rules and open a paypal account and get yourself into debt before you are 18?

If you can prove to the agency that you are 15 then they won't collect the debt most likely but they will be back when you hit 18.
