I sold an item on ebay Dec 9th, shipped it Dec 11th and it was delivered Dec 15. Item went to a friend of the buyer as a Christmas present. Almost 3 weeks later the buyer tells me her friend never got it even though it showed delivered and left on porch. Buyer went thru ebay and lost case, then went thru paypal and lost case. Buyer sends me a email later the neighbor picked up the boxes of the receiver while they were out of town and "forgot" to give them to her. Should I tell Paypal of this so my good standings with Paypal are not affected or does Paypal even care?
