I lived in the states for 5 years where I set up my paypal and ebay account. I left the states 6 years ago but just had UK payments sent to my Paypal account that is still registered in the US. I don't have a US bank account anymore. Any advise how I can transfer the US money to a UK account?

Paypal is country specific so if you move country you have to open another paypal account in that country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
The only exception is U.S users can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts.

They would tell you to click on paypal balance > manage currencies > currency conversion (FEES apply).

if you open a UK based PAYPAL account, your local currency would be GBP,but you can link both UK and USA bank accounts to the UK paypal account.
You can download your US $ into your US bank account by logging on to your US paypal account, then figure what to do .
Paypal conversion fee is 3 % .
