I sold an item on EBay, got an email saying it had been paid. The funds still show pending, how do I get my money? Should I go ahead and ship the item?

Are you a new seller?

Are the funds actually showing in your paypal account balance?

Are they in the pending section in your paypal account balance?

Are they not showing at all?

Is the transaction showing in your paypal activity list?
