I tried to pay on a German store. My PayPal account is set to United Statets but my physical address and credit card are registered in another country (Colombia). I want to know if I'm not able to do any payments with the current location settings and if my Colombian credit card can't be used to such transactions. Thanks.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.
