I'm trying to withdraw my money to my cc but it always show me "Internal Server Error". I tried all the solutions that you added before and none worked with me. and I sent message on the message center but no answer. Transfer money between paypal accounts works fine! adding funds to pay\pal account works fine! receiving money from ebay to paypal works fine! WHY ONLY WITHDRAW ALWAYS NOT WORKING?!!! FIX THE ISSUE.
Sorry, you'll have to call PayPal customer service or wait for them to reply to your messages. We do not have people's account or the technical back end stuff.
