I have been in contact with an individual who wants to sell Universal Orlando tickets outside of ebay. If I purchase using paypal, am I covered? I am suspecious because of 0 customer ratings. I want to make sure if the tickets are bogus I can get my money back
Do you remember the sellers name? My mom recently bought tickets she found on eBay and was asked to pay outside of eBay. She paid and has not received the tickets yet and the seller will no longer respond to her and she never received the tickets. He also had 0% feedback. Just wondering if it's possibly the same person.
make sure to send the money for goods and services. that way, you're covered for purchase protection and you can file a dispute if there's anything wrong with the tickets or the item wasn't received.
