Hi, I have been receiving emails for a couple months with the following:

Dear "me"

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://www.musicalhelp.org/index.html

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

Thanks,

PayPal

These emails begin with my real name also. I do not know what this means and have been able to find nothing about it on the paypal site or help section. Anyone know what this is? My website has no payment anything as it is not a shopping website. I was not aware that Instant Payment Notifications could be sent to a web page? I've been forwarding the emails to spoof but they don't contact me back with any real communication, only the robot standard reply comes back. Why would I be receiving this and how to stop them from coming? Thanks for any info or assist.
