How do I transfer my paypal balance to my paypal credit account.

you cant,you can download to your bank account,ask Paypal to send you a bank check(fee applied) or just send it to someone

or if you have a paypal prepaid debit card adn linked with your paypal account,you can move back and forth.

or get a paypal busienss debit card and use it to withdraw from atm

Thanks for the info. but that appears to be a real flaw in their system.
