My wife and I have two services that bill through Paypal... Yondo.com and Weebly.com. They send URL variables in the email so that the response goes back to them.
When my wife issues invoices from the Paypal interface, the IPN is sent to the default URL that is configured. We are using http://www.google.com/ as a dummy URL just so we can keep IPN enabled. But this generates errors because Google is not responding with a code 200. If my wife does this enough, Paypal disables IPN.
Is there a default URL that I can use that will insure a code 200 return?
Is there a configuration to turn off IPN for manual invoices done from the Paypal site?
