I am not able to pay with PayPal

Hi! I have my PayPal account. My PayPal Balance has some money but I have no linked card. I tried to buy the Annual Subscription in www.symbolab.com but it asks me to link a card before paying. It does not allowed me to use the money from my PayPal Balance. I remember that I did it once in another webpage. How can I do it???

Well, then you need to get a credit card.  It's part of the identity and risk evaluation for PayPal.
