How to withdraw money from PayPal?

So I added money to my account which I havent used for about 10 years, tried to buy the thing I was after got the error: You must add funds to your PayPal account before sending more money.

After googling abit I changed the currency to the proper one on my account, lost some money doing it, added more to my account, still the same error..

Then thought **bleep** it, Ill cash out and pay another way, no can do, can't cashout without a US bank account and Im from Estonia

Couldnt figure out another way cause when i press withdraw the only option is to add a us account.

So My question is how can I get my money out of paypal so I can forget that this site even exists?

Go to your PayPal summary page and selecton an option that works for your country.  What is available will be displayed.  You will have very few, if any option to withdraw cash in your country.  Just follow PayPal policies for local banks and credit cards.

You can't go by U. S. policies and rules.

how did you manage to add fund?

a lot has changed in ten years,yiu need  to download Paypal terms and agreement and read

I put the money on the account via Trustly and my credit card.

But then I cant take the money out and I also can't spend it? Is paypal really only for US customers now. cause it used to be worldwide..

Cause on my summary page when I click withdraw funds there's only the option to take out via us bank account.
