How do I upload a PDF file, to supply documentation for my claim?

Hi.

I have an open claim, but I cannot upload the documentation I have on my behalf. When I try via Paypal support - they suggest going to "the bell and clicking action," however this is not an option for me. If I click on the bell icon my screen goes to messages. 

I have my files ready to go, scanned in a PDF format. 

If I click on my Claim ID# - I'm directed to a page that says "sorry, this page isn't operative at this time." 

I tried to update my name and send files. I could not. 

How do I get these files to Paypal?

I am on a desktop computer.

Upload them to your Google drive and make the link permission public and give PayPal the link

After they check them just delete the link or make it private

Did you escalate your dispute to a claim?  When you do, you cannot add any more information until PayPal requests it.  When you open a dispute it lets you upload files.  You can call PayPal and ask if they can let you upload:

Copy that. Thank you. Paypal went from dispute to claim on hte phone. I didn't have an opportunity to upload. I'll give them a call. thank you.
