Hi guys, so I just join PayPal last week. They asked for my information so on March 20 I uploaded my document (Id) and on March 21 they emailed me for more information about my address which I found quite strange cause the address is on the ID. Unfortunately I forgot to check my email( I have 2) so on March 24 I saw the email and immediately I tried to upload my doc but i don’t know where to?? Cause in where I uploaded my ID, both of the “upload photo id” and “provide proof of info” said submitted for review. Any one also has this problem?? How can I solve this?? Please helppp :((
