Hello , I have problem in my account I verified it and it still can't receive money , The people can just send money to me via my website I add my paypal in it , but they can't send money to me from the paypal account directly I mean if they clicked send money then they try send to my mail they got error message says : cannot send the transaction failed ! But if they purchase directly from my site the transaction success ! I called paypal agents by phone many times , first time they said it will work within 2 hours and he will call me back again but he didn't call me , then I contacted paypal agents by phone again today first agent abused me and he asked me for my password , and he said my card not active and this is the reason while the card active , then I told him check that he insulted me then he end the call , I contacted paypal by phone again , another agent answered me and he said they just need more info and they will send mail to me now then he end the call and nobody send any mails , then I contacted paypal by phone again another agent answered me and he said the problem in my bank , so I really wondering about paypal agent everybody can't help and everybody give me another different reason for my issue , I also contacted paypal by mail many times nobody answer me
