I'm using PayPal business account for my website. When checking out, it used to show customers to choose either pay by logging in paypal account or entering credit card information without logging in.
However I realized that about a couple of days ago, it only shows pay by logging in paypal account.
Does anyone know how to let customers pay by their credit card without having a paypal account??
Check your seller preferences > website preferences > PayPal account optional to make sure it is enabled and/or contact PayPal customer support for them to make adjustment on their end to enable the feature.
